These workshops offer you time & space to dive into your felt sensation, noticing your tendencies as well as exploring some new possibilities. These explorations will tap into your innate ability to learn from the inside out, just as you did when you were an infant. There will be listening tasks & structured improvisations using playful curiosity & attention to feed into your dancing.

There will be opportunities to dance alone and with others, and moments of hands-on interaction if you are comfortable with this. Just bring your curious dancing self. Suitable for all levels and abilities. You will need to wear comfy clothes to move in, no jeans or belts. There are dojo mats available at Wainsgate but you need to bring your own mat/blanket for Natural Endings in Todmorden. You do not need to be a “dancer” to attend.
